About Vayimaen

Vayimaen is a channel of short talks on shmiras einayim on Lehallel — the filtered YouTube platform. 699+ of their recordings can be watched here, with no ads and no comments.

Vayimaen - "and he refused", the word the Torah uses for Yosef when he turned away from sin - is a channel of short talks on shmiras einayim and on the strength to say no to the yetzer hara. Almost every talk is three or four minutes long: one story or one idea a person can hear on the way to work and carry with him all day.

More than a hundred and fifty rabbis and speakers give them. Rabbi Nachum Binder gives the most, more than sixty; then Rabbi Yechiel Spero, Rabbi Uren Reich, Rabbi Yisroel Besser, Rabbi Yoir Adler, Rabbi Naftali Reich, Rabbi Moshe Tuvia Lieff, Rabbi Elchonon Jacobovitz, Rabbi Mordechai Alster, Rabbi Mordechai Stern, Rabbi Aharon Weinberg, Rabbi Reuven Schmeltzer, Rabbi Joey Haber and Rabbi Fischel Schachter, each in a room of his own below.

Beside them speak Rabbi Elimelech Biderman, Rabbi Avraham Schorr, Rabbi Zev Smith, Rabbi David Sutton, Rabbi YY Jacobson, Rabbi Daniel Glatstein, Rabbi Moshe Weinberger, Rabbi Shlomo Landau and many more, and men from outside the rabbinate who tell what they learned - Charlie Harary, Don Ghermezian - and singers such as Shloime Daskal, Avi Schnall and Eitan Katz telling the story behind a moment in their lives.

Some talks belong to a special series - "The Next Gadol HaDor", "Don't Let Him in the Door", "Hashem First Policy". Each talk opens on its own page, with no ads and no comments around it.

You can search inside the videos by what was said, play the whole catalog back to back, or follow Vayimaen to be told when something new comes in.
