About Yitzchak Meir

Yitzchak Meir is a singer of tefillos and Chassidic niggunim on Lehallel — the filtered YouTube platform. 363+ of his recordings can be watched here, with no ads and no comments.

Yitzchak Meir sings the words of the tefillos and the niggunim of the Chassidic courts - Belz, Modzitz, Melitz, Berditchev - and the songs of Reb Shlomo Carlebach, often with friends and guests, and leads Selichos and Hallel sung live. Each recording is here once, its most-watched, with the year it came out.

His recordings most watched on YouTube: "Ochila La'el" with Udi Davidi, more than three million times; "Machnisei Rachamim" and "Drosh Na Dorsheicha" with Dvir Shnerb, about a million each; the niggun of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev and "Tzama'a Lecha Nafshi" of Belz, close behind; and his "Rokdim" and Elul medleys.

From the siddur and the Shabbos table he sings "Yeratze Tzom Amcha" with Ishay Ribo, "Anim Zemiros" with Shuli Rand, "Unesaneh Tokef" with Avremi Roth, "Kanfei Ru'ach" and "Melech Rachaman" with Bini Landau, "Baruch El Elyon", "Shimru Shabtosai", "Yom Ze Mechubad", "Yedid Nefesh", "Ahalela Elokay", "Kedusha Ani Mevakesh", and from Reb Shlomo Carlebach "Haneshama Lach", "Nishmas Kol Chai" and "Va'ani B'chasdecha".

His Selichos are sung live - "Machnisei Rachamim" and "Shema Koleinu" - and his Hallel for Rosh Chodesh, Chanukah and Sukkos is heard as it was broadcast live; with Chilik Frank he sings for Simchas Beis HaShoeva. Each recording opens on its own page, with no ads and no comments around it.
