Recently at an Agudah convention, Rav Aaron Lopiansky spoke. And he said over a very, very powerful story, something that speaks to the heart of Shemiras Einayim. There was a yungerman and yungerleit don't have a lot of money. A yungerman in Bnei Brak who was offered an opportunity to be able to oversee an election site. And every party, every political party in Eretz Yisroel gets one person who can oversee the site. The fellow was going to be able to make 2,000 shekels for the day. That's a lot of money. That's the amount of money that he made every month in Kollel, and he could do it now in one day. And so he signed up for it. The fellow goes down, he travels down by bus to the election site. He wasn't sure exactly where it was. And when he showed up there, he realized, Oh, boy. He looked around and wherever he looked, he saw that there were people dressed in a manner that would be devastating to his Shemiras Einayim. And so he swallowed hard, and he said: You know what? I'm not going to do this.
