Rabbi Aaron L Raskin teaches the parsha, the haftorah and the inner dimension of the Torah, often "on five levels" - from the plain meaning to the Kabbalah. His shiurim ask the question a listener would ask: "Who was greater, Abraham or Isaac?", "Can a Jew become a slave?", "Why was Moses silent?", "Why did God command a ramp, not stairs, to His Holy Temple?".

Most of the recordings follow the weekly parsha - the Jewish wedding from Chayei Sarah, the ladder of prayer from Vayetzei, wrestling with the angel in Vayishlach, the Kabbalah of Pharaoh in Va'eira and of Miriam's song in Beshalach, the robe's pomegranates and bells in Tetzaveh, the red heifer and the striking of the rock. Beside them stand his Parsha Mnemonics, the count of each parsha's verses and the sign that holds it, and a shiur on the haftorah of almost every week - Deborah the judge, Samson's birth and strength, the Syrian general who became a Noahide, King Jehoash and the half-shekel.

His series The Weekly 613 takes one mitzvah at a time, and another goes through the Ten Commandments one by one. He teaches Gate of Unity and Faith chapter by chapter - the secret of tzimtzum, miracles and wonders in the Torah - Chassidic maamarim by their year, such as Adon Olam of 5743 and the Secret of the Shofar, and Basi LeGani. From Pirkei Avos he teaches the five things Hillel taught us and "Be bold like a leopard".

He gives a whole shelf to the Kabbalah of Jewish names (Sarah, Leah), of the Hebrew letters and the vowels (Chet: the quantum leap; Shuruk: descend to ascend), and of the months and their signs - Aquarius for Shevat, Taurus for Iyar, Iyar as the month of healing. He teaches the Noahide code and the love of the convert, Moshiach and the resurrection of the dead, and the festivals from Chanukah's eighth day and Purim to Lag BaOmer, the Fifteenth of Av, the Second Passover and Shabbos HaGadol.
