Welcome everybody, share number 1007, getting back to our hokas brachos, okay so we started to talk about last year if if the one has fruits in front of them and it's all the same bracha, all her eights, because again we said you could have melons, you could have different type of things which might be hodama, but they're all her eights, of course we're talking about kadim and brachas, what bracha comes first and the question was what bracha comes first and we explained we don't mean what bracha comes first because if let's say in front of me a grape, an orange, and an apple you're going to make a one barri pri ho eights and that will cover everything, but the question is what do you make the barri pri ho eights on? So we started out the mochaber and our cinnamon ratioed aleph, we started out the mochaber sif aleph that says like this, how you'll find them in the paris harbour, you have various different fruits in front of you in the same shavis, if the brachas are all the same, be ye'sh benei min min shiva and you have amongst them from the shiva saminim which we explain what that is, we'll just go through it again real quickly, kadim and min shiva, you're going to start out with the min shiva, you're going to make the bracha on that item, that fruit that is from the shiva saminim and we said there's a pussik in the tirah that says erut chitos eirah, we gefent einav riman, erezeh shemen u devash, so those are various different fruits which we'll see what they are as we go down the line in the pussik in the tirah and those fruits, okay so now those fruits actually come first when you're making a bracha on anything else. Okay now just real quickly to go through the pussik, excuse me from the shiva saminim so because we have to know what these things are and how it's going to work now and then we'll see because sometimes you might have two items, two fruits in front of you from this pussik, in other words which bracha do you make first, so we see again, so now if you have a fruit from the shiva saminim, from this pussik and you have other fruits, so the bracha do you make first on the fruit that is from the shiva saminim, for example a grape, for example a fig, right, for these type of things which are in the pussik, now just to go through the pussik real quickly, the pussik starts out and says the mishabur brings it down, it's if cut in gimel, erezeh, the pussik starts out with erezeh, the land, right, so then you have the land of, you have two times in the pussik the word erezeh, that's very important to keep in mind, we're going to see two times in the the the pussik starts out and says the word erezeh land and then in the middle of the pussik we're going to see also is the word erezeh land again and it's it's going to have a very, it's going to have great importance actually when we when we see when two items that are in front of you and they're both from the shiva saminim, which one do I make first, right, let's say I'm meeting a pomegranate and a fig, while I'm eating a grape and a whatever and an olive, like so so what do I make first, so we're going to see the closer the word is to the word erezeh in the pussik the higher level it is and you have two times erezeh, so both both times they come into play but we'll see how that gets that comes into play, I don't want to mix things up right now, let's just see the pussik itself says, so you have erezeh, you have khita, it's the land of wheat, right khita then you have saori, you have barley, land of wheat and barley, now those of course are not fruits but we're going to see obviously that it has to do with the flour and what one makes one makes bread or cookies or cake or whatever the case might be, that's how that works, it's not a question of just wheat or barley obviously it's not a fruit then it goes on to say the pussik goes on to save the gefen and then you have the gefen is going to be grapes, right, you have grapes and then you have the fig, you have the henna, the henna is the fig, right and the remine and then you have the pomegranate, now these are all in order also, in other words the grape would come before the grape would come before the fig and the fig would come before the pomegranate and because without saying the grape would come before the pomegranate also, so if somebody's sitting down, I'm just throwing this out there real quickly but we're going to talk about somebody's sitting down to eat grapes let's say and pomegranates so what bracha should I make, they're both shiva saminim right, we just said you have gefen and you have remine, so you have pomegranates and you have grapes, so you make the bracha first on the grapes because you have the gefen, the henna then is the figs and then the pomegranate is lest in the pussik on the first pot and then you have remine, okay then the pussik ends off, the pussik ends off, Eritzeshemen Udevash, that which is the, the Mishbur explains that Zeshemen is really going, that's something else actually, it's really going on the land of oil, it's really talking about oil, it's not so much talking about, not so much, it's not talking about zais because we had the word zais olive, you had the word zais already, then because you have shemen, shemen Udevash, so that is zais shemen actually, actually oil, olive oil, okay the land of olive oil and so on and honey and so on but then you have zais is separate, olive is separate, shemen Udevash is talking about not a fruit per se but the actual oil or honey, actually it's actually honey, zais shemen Udevash, okay so because you have zais and then you have shemen Udevash, shemen Udevash, I'm sorry, zais shemen goes together and the vash is separate, okay so let me just read this again because it's getting a little bit complicated, so again you have the word all the way at the end, you have Eritz, you have the word land and then you have zais shemen Udevash, okay so the words really mean olive oil, zais shemen will go together, that's olive oil but it's going on olives also, we're going to see the person let's say eats plain olives, the words oil, oil, olive oil, we notice single article of oil, of olive, okay of olive that produces olive oil but it goes in an olive also and then you have the word Udevash, honey refers to, that's really honey from dates, honey from dates from which honey is made, so being as a maid that's how that's that, in other words the word Udevash, honey is not actually a fruit so that's what the Misha Brewer says in Sifkat and Gimel, zais shemen, these are olives that make shemen right that make the oil but it's going on in olive, somebody eats olive oil also, Udevash, honey tomorrow this divash, so what does it mean by divash then the word says honey the pot's it ends off with honey, obviously that's not a fruit so that's plain and simple, Udevash, honey tomorrow this is this is honey, this refers to the dates, the honey from the dates, shaisame hemdivash that you get this honey, okay but be it as a maid the bottom line is these are the various different fruits we'll go through it really real real quick again, the fruits that are found in the patek if somebody eats so the wheat and the barley we'll put on the side for now but the you have number one you have grapes, you have figs, you have pomegranates and then you have olives right the honey pot we're not going to get into right now but Lamai said that those are the chitos are separate right and then you have at the end the divash so you have in the middle gefen, ta'ayne, rima'in and zais so those fruits if somebody has in front of them and they have something else so they would and that's not part of the shiva saminem that's not in this pasak so then they would make a bracha on one of these fruits that we just mentioned in the first and they would cover the other fruits in front of them or if they plan on eating them let's say they're still in the fridge they would have them in mind and it should be covered with this bracha th
Welcome everybody, share number 1008, getting back to our Helchers-Brachos. Okay, so we are in the middle of Semen-Resh Yud-Alif, of course, what Brachel comes first, those Halaches we're trying to go through. Bezra Zashem, so the safer rates for Halaches, we saw last time from the Shulchanaruch, we read a little bit. We try and mix it up, obviously, a little here, a little bit to get a better understanding, just to read real quickly from the safer rates for Halaches. Semen-Resh Yud-Alif, Ois-Gimel, Din-Kadimah Beperus Shabir-Chaseim Shavvis, Im-Yesh-Lefon of Perus Shabir-Chaseim Shavvis, like we saw, if the Perus are the same, they have fruits in front of you that are all the same, Brachel could go in zai, Zaytsin Vatapuchim, we have, let's say, olives. We saw in the Meshburi, you have possibly grapes and apples, or he says, olives and apples that are via Baraprio 8, they both have Baraprio 8, You're only making a Bracha on one of them, right, and you want to know which one you have to make, and Halachel Amais, it's not a case of pick and choose, we said, Halachel, you have to make a Bracha on one, and you have in mind the other ones, and Halachel, you have to do it the right way, which one you're going to make the Bracha on. Of course, excluding what we spoke about quite a number of years ago, if you're not going to eat them both right now, or if one is not a Frani or whatever, all those Halachels we went through. But this is the case in time where the fruits are in front of you, you're going to eat them now. Good, what do I make the Bracha? I have to make the Bracha on one of them, that's from the Shivas Aminim, and we read the Pasuk last time, going through the various different fruits that are brought down in the Shivas Aminim in that Pasuk, which would take precedence when making Aho'iets, on various different fruits that are Aho'iets, and not Ha'adama. So, Afshasheni Chavevalov Yosef, okay, so he says an interesting thing, even though the other fruit, even though let's say I like an apple better, if I have in front of me, for example, I have an olive and an apple, I'm going to eat both, right? I like the olive, I like the apple, though I have an olive and an orange, I have a grape and an orange, whatever the case is, so you have one from the Shivas Aminim and one from not, right? But I like the other one, I like the apple better, right? That's the problem over here. I like the grape, and I like the apple, but I like the apple better. So maybe I should make a Bracha on the apple? The answer is no, we make a Bracha on the one that comes from the Shivas Aminim. Afshasheni Chavevalov Yosef, yaktim la varich, al min shiva, you make first the Bracha on the item, then the fruit from the Shivas Aminim. Afshasheni Chavevalov Yosef, even though the other one is something that you like better, and even if you always like it better, we're going to see what are the halachas of Chavev. Chavev meaning when there is a time actually, there will be certain situations which we'll see when somebody has two fruits in front of them, and one of the fruits is something that they like better. There's Chavev, it's more Chavev to them, it's more tastes better for them. So we're going to see that there are times that would take precedence, but this is not one of the times. In other words, if you have Chavev and Shivas Aminim, you have something in front of you, two different fruits, and one of them is from the Shivas Aminim, and the other one you like better. So you would make first the Bracha on the one from the Shivas Aminim. And the question is, I'm just talking out real quickly, but we'll get to that. Also, what exactly is Chavev? What does it mean? It's more important to you, right? It doesn't mean the fruit that you have in front of you now, or is it something that you always like? In other words, this fruit, let's say, that I have in front of me and I always like, I always like it better. Just punk now, I'm in the mood, let's say, for the other one, right? Forget the Shivas Aminim, let's say I have an apple and an orange. I like them both, but the apple I always like, and the orange I also always like, but the apple I always like better. All the time, that's how it is. Right now, I like better the orange, I'm in the mood for the orange. So it's like, I like it, it's Chavev right now. So the word Chavev, what takes importance, do we say it's what you're eating now, or is it something that you always like better? Okay, but again, we'll talk about all that. I'm just explaining these things as we go down the road, and sort of like as they pop in my mind. So we'll have an understanding when we get to them, when we hear it actually in the actual shiurim, and we'll have a little bit of an idea of what it's all about. Okay, so now, so he says something else. Interesting says he say for us, Allah has further. Oh, it doesn't matter if it's a complete item. Now we're going to see that something called a complete item and not a complete item. If you have two items in front of you, and they're both the same, let's say, right? So you have to make a broth and nothing, not the Shivas Aminim and not dealing with Chavev right now. It's not a question of importance. Two items in front of me, and I like them both the same, let's say, and one of them is a complete item, a shulim, and one of them is not, right? I have two cookies in front of me, and they're both mizonahs. I like them both the same, everything is wonderful, same cookie, same everything. One is a complete cookie, one is not. So one is supposed to take the complete cookie, take the shulim first. But in this case, since you have from the Shivas Aminim, that our case, which we're talking about, it doesn't make a difference, you will still take from the Shivas Aminim. So whether the person likes better, so again, our case of the olives and the apple or the grape and the apple, so you have the Shivas Aminim, you have not Shivas Aminim, it doesn't matter if you like better the apple, it doesn't matter if it's Hushulim, it doesn't matter if the apple is complete and the grape is not complete, right? And Min Shiva, who khatzi pri, and the grape, which is from the Shivas Aminim, is only half, and the apple is whole, let's say, right? And who me pay with the Shivas Aminim, it doesn't matter if it's from fruits that are from the Shivas Aminim, or Min Shiva, who may khuslaris, and the item, the grape, which is from the Shivas Aminim, is from khuslaris, and the apple, let's say, grew in the Shivas Aminim, for example, Afilu Haqi Min Shiva Adiv. In all these cases, whether it's complete, you like it better, it doesn't matter when you have an item of Min Shiva, right, from the Shivas Aminim that we read from the Pazag, that would come first, and that is what you would make the Bracha on if you're making a Ha'idz on these two or three different items, and we'll get into all these other Halachas, obviously, with the complete and not complete, and so on, and Khabib, and not Khabib, as we go down the road. But let's just make it clear what's today's share. I have in front of me from Shivas Aminim, and one from not, right, a grape, and a, what do you call it, an apple, right? So I have to make the Bracha on the grape, and it doesn't matter if the grape is half or not half, right, and the apples whole, that doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if I like the apple better, that doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if the apple is primarily scrolled and the grape is not. The one that Afilu Haqi Min Shiva Adiv, the one that's in the Pazag, the grape, in this case, or the olive in this case, that is the one I make the Bracha on. Thank you for listening. Ha'zloch and Bracha Kulthuv.
Welcome everybody, share number 109, getting back to our Hilka's Brachas. Okay, of course, we are in the middle of the Halachas of Kadima, the Brachas, what Brachas come first. And we have been talking about, we spoke about if there's various different Brachas, how to work that. And now we're trying to concentrate a little bit on the aspect of if the Bracha is the same. So we established the fact, basically, that one has to, if somebody has an item from the Shivasaminem in the five fruits, it's actually five fruits and two of them are not really fruits, it's used for flour, bread and so on, the wheat and the barley. But if you have, if you have from those five fruits, we say grapes, pomegranates, figs and so on, olives. So now the question is, so, and that's what you have in front of you, and you have one out of one different fruit that is not from the Shivasaminem, not from that, that's not one of the fruits that are stated in the Apostle. So you would have to make the Bracha on the one that's from the Min Shiva, as they call it, the Min Shiva, meaning from the Shivasaminem, the ones that are in the Apostle. So again, if you have a grape and an apple, and you're eating both at the same time, I've told you about a case in time where all the applications that all this would not apply are not there. You want to eat both of them, right, at the same time. The question is which Bracha to make, so you have to make on the one that's from the Shivasaminem. I just want to go through a few, the, in the Saffron, it brings down a few different things in conjunction with from the Mission Brewery, and so on, just we get a little bit of an overview where he brings on Shulam. You have there's a question of Shulam, if something is whole or not whole, meaning a whole apple or not a whole apple. And then there's also a Chaviv, which is like we said, it's a question if Chaviv meaning that I like this thing and do I like it now that I like it always. Okay, but it falls under the guidelines of Chaviv. In other words, I like this fruit better than the other fruit. So the question is, if you have these various different type of fruits, how does that work? Okay, whether it's whether it's one from the Minshiva, whether it's the Shulam, or whether it's the Chaviv. Now, we didn't really get into each detail, but I just want to go through he has it in a whole paragraph. Jeff does a safe rice or lachas in our semi-racial alef ois dalit, and it we get a little bit again of an overview before we actually we get into the details as they say of each one. So he brings down interesting. Okay, so he says like this, he says in Yeishlei, Shnei Peiris, somebody has two fruits. They're both from, let's say the Shiva Saminim, right? Let's say I have a fig and a pomegranate. I just give an example of a grape and a fig or something along those lines. But Lapuke brings on the bottom. Lapuke, he says, okay, I'm sorry, I made a wrong, we're talking about a cake. It's like this, if you have in the pussik, which we did not talk about yet, you have two different fruits. He brings on the bottom. That gets a little bit confusing. Like I said, it is a hard subject. The whole array of how to work it, what fruits come first, but there's a shem we're working on it. So that's why here and there we get a little bit of a hiccup, as they say. But be it as it may. So he says on the bottom, in conjunction with what we did not get to yet, if you have in the pussik, you have, let's say, to Aina of Rima and you have a pomegranate, you have a rite. And then whatever you have a fig, but whichever one, the one that came first in the pussik, like we said, that's what you have to make first. So that's a little bit of a different halacha, which we'll get to. That doesn't really have to do that much. So he brings down, we're ready on it. He brings it on the bottom or he's cutting test. He says that the fig, if somebody has a fig, he says, so the fig will come out of the shem, the fig, you have a half of a fig, right? In other words, I want to just talk a minute about a complete item or not a complete item. So this is not what I wanted to talk about. We're already on the subject, but I'm just mentioning it from Oiz cut and test. He says, if you have half of a fig, the Rima and shalom and a full pomegranate. So now the question is, but figs come first because that's first in the pussik, right? To Aina Adif, the fig will come first after Aina Shalom, even though it's not complete. You have half a fig, let's say, I cut it open to check it, make sure it's clean. There's no worms in it, whatever. So I have half a fig, but Aina Adif, Afshayna Shalom. That would still come first, even though it's not complete. It came into Mukdambikrub since it comes before in the pussik. It comes in the pussik that we talk about with the Areads and so on. The word taina, which means figs, would come before the pomegranate. So that will come first, even though it's only half. So that's an interesting thing to keep in mind and the pomegranate would be whole. Okay, so that's it. He brings this down from the Shared Sien over there. Now, okay, so just getting back to what we were talking about. So then he goes on to say in Aizdala that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that If you have two apples, whichever apple you make a brachha on is equal status. But if one of them is whole, so that will come first. Now if you have shalom, one of them is shalom. If you have shalom, you would make the brachha on the shalom. It brings us down from the Mishbir Sifqat and Dahlid over there. You make a brachha on the shalom. So the punchline over here being that even though the second one is more Khoshiv to you. That's the interesting part. Okay, so just real quickly to read the Mishbir. I'm not honestly, it's a little bit of a question if you're talking about both from the Shivas Aminim. So the Shivas Aminim are stated in the Pasuk. So either way, it's very hard to have the way he brings it down. The Mishbir and Sifqat and Dahlid. I'm sorry. They're both one min from the Shivas Aminim, right? From the Shivas Aminim. So if you have two fruits that are not from the Shivas Aminim, have an apple and have an orange, right? Do I have whatever? I have a plum. Whatever the case might be. So good. So all that's not from the Shivas Aminim. So now you have to look at which one is whole, which one is not. Which one is shalom? Which one is not? So mocked him shalom. We start off first with the shalom. The only question is, if they're both from the Shivas Aminim, so there's always one that takes precedence, right? So even if you'll tell me that one is half, one is not half, even if it's half, it doesn't matter. We mentioned in the Sharet scene, like you have a half a fig. And the palm granted this whole, the fig would come first, even though it's only half because it's first in the Pasuk. So I'm not quite sure how that would work because there's only basically five fruits and any one of the fruits, one of them comes before the other one in the Pasuk, right? But if you have, let's say, then they're not from the Shivas Aminim, like have an apple, have an orange, have a plum, which is, they're all on the same level. So now the question is, which one is whole? I have to look at, what I'm surrounding to say is, you have to look at which one is whole. Which one is shalom? Which one is whole? And that's the one that you have to make the baracha on. So that's what he says. He says, Even if the one that's half is you like better, it's chaviv to you, right? It's more important to you. That's the one that you want now. Let's say, right, it's chaviv, meaning it's, that's the one that you want. It's more important to you right, whether it's right now or always, whatever the case is. But if the one that's only half is chav
Hello again to everybody just one quick addition or correction in the middle of the share I wasn't sure with the shiva saminim if they're both from the shiva saminim But I realized after it's it's a double-push it It's a double-push it meaning that they're both the same fruit. In other words have to free Let's say have two figs one is cut one is not cut, right? I have two Well figs will be a little bit harder because fig you have to check you have to check for infestation But let's say you have two pomegranates or whatever the case is One of those but one of the five fruits from the shiva saminim So they're both the same they're both the same You have to take the one that is shalom by a figure would be that's a little more complicated because like I said You do have to check it by date also you have to check so the mitzi is a little bit hard to to chop but The chai root that would be the case if it's two fruits because when you have to check it You have to cut it open so that that's you know of a choice. Okay. Thank you very much. Have a good day cult of
Welcome, everybody. Share number 1010, 1010. Getting back to our Hilges Brachos. Okay, we were in middle, we're in our Seminist Reich, Yidd alif, the denim of Kadima, the Brachos, the Paris, and so on, which Brachos comes first and so on, and which type of fruit comes first as we are going down the line. We finished off last year, we were in the middle of, in our Seminist Reich, Yidd alif, in the safe of Yidd alif, in reference to shalom and not shalom. If somebody has complete fruit and not complete fruit, so we said, obviously if the fruits are basically on the same level, let's say you have like an orange and an apple, right? Oh, yeah, they're both in front of you, right? And one is complete, one is not complete, one is half, or whatever the case might be, I cut it in half. They're not from the, we're not talking about right now, the shiva saminim, like I want to get, I want to get to shortly. But two regular fruits, orange, apple, or the like, or a pear and a plum, right? One is complete, one is not. So you want to make the bracha on a complete fruit. As long as the fruits are on the same level, categorically, in our halacha, in other words, which fruits come first, they're all basically on the same level. A pear and a plum are basically on the same level, that's not from the shiva saminim or anything along those lines. And I like them both the same, and I want to eat them both, you know, basically I'll be eating them at the same time. So which bracha should I make the, but one of them is cut in half, one of them is whole, right? One of them is pieces of the fruit, let's say, sometimes a person has a cut up apple, I've cut pieces of cut up apple, fine. But I have a whole plum, right? So which one you want to make the bracha, and you want to make the bracha on the complete item, the shalom. So just real quickly, to finish off, we were in the middle of the last time of Ais Dala and the Ais Turalachas, vim ha shalom. Oh, but then there's a little bit of a change. But now we're going to see if it's shiva, one of the fruits are from the shiva saminim, vim ha shalom. Inay min shiva, if the fruit that's complete, let's say a plum, I'm just giving examples, but applies to anything. If the fruit that's complete, that's vim ha shalom, inay min shiva, the complete fruit, let's say the plum is not from the shiva saminim. It's a plum, it's a pear, or something along those lines. Voh anay shalom and the one that is not complete, let's say a grape, right? A grape which is from the shiva saminim, or a fig that we mentioned last time, one cut in half, or whatever the case might be. Voh anay shalom and the one that's not complete, I have in front of me these two fruits. Which one should I make the bracha on? The complete fruit or the not complete? So again, the complete fruit is not from the shiva saminim, right? Pear or plum, for example. Again, voh anay shalom and the one that's not complete. So that's the complete fruit, but the one that's not complete, the one that's cut open, let's say, if a voh anay shalom is min shiva, it's from the shiva saminim. It's from the min shiva. We keep on saying min shiva. Min shiva is the ones, those fruits that are found in the pasak, which again we're going to talk about those various fruits in the pasak itself. How exactly to work with the fruits, if you have only fruits in front of you from the pasak that are found in the pasak. But lamaisa, one is from, so when we say min shiva, those are from the fruits that are in the pasak, if you want to call it praise. And Mishibirah talks about praise is there, it's his wealth and those fruits are on a higher level. Therefore, when we have those fruits, we say grapes, figs, pomegranates and so on, when you have those fruits in front of you, you have dates also when you have those fruits in front of you. So those are the fruits that you want to make the bracha on, and that bracha of AIDS should go on the other fruits, which are not from the min shiva. Quote unquote, min shiva. And what we're saying over here, that when we're dealing with shalom or not, complete or not, even though the fruit that's from the min shiva, that higher level fruit is cut in half. So it's not complete one second, but I have a pear or have a plum or have a different fruit that is complete. So maybe I should take the one that's complete. No, the answer is no. The min shiva comes first. Those fruits on the higher level, the higher category would come first, and one should make the berri priha AIDS. You're not making two brachas. Don't forget, we're keeping in mind, we're making one bracha berri priha AIDS on everything, right? Have apples, have plums, have grapes, have whatever the case is. One of them is from the shiva saminim, is from the min shiva. So I'm making one, eight on everything. So you take the one from the min shiva, that higher level fruit that's mentioned in the past. You take that one, even though it's not a shalom, it's not a complete fruit, and you make the bracha on that, and have in mind the other fruits. I do want to mention off-hand just real quickly outside, which we'll talk about, if the fruit from the min shiva and that high level fruit is not ripe. It is brought down in Halachov, it's not ripe yet, so then that would not fall into the category of min shiva. It has to be a regular ripe fruit brought down in the past from the min shiva. So let's say our typical example, which many people eat all the time, is grapes. Everybody eats grapes, right? So you have a half a grape, and you have a full plum. So you make the bracha, the biopria eats on the half a grape. Yaktim vivarech, he says, he says for alachas, yaktim vivarech ala min shiva. You want to make the bracha on the min shiva. And even though vima shalom ena min shiva, even though a complete fruit is there in front of you, but since it's not from the min shiva, we take the one that is from the min shiva, even though it's only a half or cut up or whatever the case might be. It's not a shalom, it's not complete. Okay, so then it just ends off in shneyim shalom, if they're both complete. A shneyim ena shalom, or they're both not complete. Azayivarech ala chaviv. So now we're seeing a little bit of a new thing, which we want to get into possibly next year. Then you want to take the one that is a person desires, desires. So the question is desires now, why are you always desires? So another is the one that he likes better, that's chaviv to him, right? It's more precious, it's fonder, the right word actually, it's fonder for him. So I don't want to say at that time, because we'll see what is machalekis in the reshaenim. What it means chaviv, doesn't mean, in other words, I like it better all the time. Just now I'm in the mood of the other one. Or is it a fruit that I like better now, and not necessarily all the time, would I like this fruit more? But we'll see that. But in any case, just to end off today, shayim shalom, if both fruits in front of you are complete. Right? And it's not no shiva, not shiva, because if you have shiva again, if you have two fruits in front of you, you have a grape and a plum and they're both complete, so of course you're going to take the min shiva. You're going to take the grape, right? I have a pomegranate and I have a plum. I'm a pomegranate and an apple. Right? Of course you're going to take the pomegranate because that's min shiva. That comes first. So the thing we wanted to say today is even we take the min shiva, even if it's not complete. But in shayim shalom, let's say I have two fruits in front of me and they're both complete. I have an apple and a plum, let's say. I have an orange and a pear, right? If I'm shayim shalom, so which fruit do I take to make the bracha on? I shayim inna shalom, they're both not complete, or they're both yeh complete. So in other words, shalom complete comes before chaviv. But now let's say they're both complete or they're both not complete. As I varich al hachaviv, then w
Welcome everybody share number ten eleven one thousand and eleven getting back to our hill cuz brothels Okay, we started talking about last year reference to um, the Chavez Chavez whereby I have one fruit that I like better So so the question is a let's say I have two fruits in front of me, right? So now good. There's not a question of shalom and not shalom. We spoke about last year We spoke about two things. Let's just review. We have the three things actually Number one you have various different brachis that that we we're getting it We'll get back to a little bit and see how that works But we spoke about right of course for first comes I might see them as zonos and then by a pre-aguf and And then we said as far as separate separate brachis go different food separate brachis And then we see if that we have mizonas by a pre-aguf and and then come so aids and then you have Hadam and then shahakal So those are the brachis going down the line in the order in case one is eating or drinking all that stuff in front of them at The same time and so then we spoke about shalom or not If you have two fruits on the same status in front of you in other words I have two fruits that are not from the min shiva from the those Those fruits from the postict the ships I mean them and have two fruits that are not or have two fruits That are so I look at shalom or not I look in other words I take the fruit that's complete if one of the fruit is cut up or broken or whatever So I take the try and take the fruit that is complete And make the brocha on that if we're dealing with the same brachis and we spoke about of course if it's Min shiva or not if I have two fruits in front of me Just to read we're trying to recap everything two fruits in front of me again They're both same broch when they're not the same brachis So we spoke about there's an order of what the brachis are right all the fruits in front of me There's an order of which brother comes first so then you have complete after that you take You want to take the one that's from the shiva saminim, right? I have let's say a grape and a plum so the fruit that is from the ship from the min shiva, right a fruit pomegranate dates Things and so on So I take the fruit first I make the brach on the one that is from the min shiva This is how it has to work in the order, right? I make the heart eats on that when the brachis are the same Then we said if the brachis are the same and good Either they're both from the shiva saminim the both min shiva or they're both not min shiva, right plum and apple, right? Or or the and so on or they're both from the either from the min shiva or not from the min shiva, right? Plum apple orange apple or so on so then you want to take the one that is complete or not, right? So we spoke about that also so now that we said there's a last last category Okay, which is called choveth. There's something called choveth again There's two set to two items in the same category two items which are not min shiva apple and plum or whatever Okay, let's say let's take our famous apple and plum, right and they're both they're both complete fine So that's not an issue. They're both not from the min shiva. They're both not min shiva apple and plum. They're both complete So the question is what brother do I make? What do I do? So I'm making only her aids a plum and apple. They're both her aids Which fruit should I take and make the brachan or it's just pick and choose. What do I do? so Lema'isa then the sort of see the Safer-Israel Lachas explains to us and there's all in conjunction. I'm not going through Inside the shulchanarach right now because it's like I said, it's a little bit more complicated But this is all obviously in conjunction and taken from all this I was saying from mentioning and reading from the Safer-Israel All this is from obviously the Machaber Ramon Meshburu all put together in a package deal where we could have a better understanding So so in this case so now they're both on the same status, right? So we're gonna take the one that's Chavez have an apple and an orange I'm gonna take the item the apple or the orange whichever one is more dear, whichever fruit I like better in general So now the question is so person will say well, of course, I'll take the fruit So that's the fruit that I'm gonna make the brachan. I make only one hot aids, right? Yeah, we understand I'm making only one hates I have a apple and plum I have apple and plum and pear in front of me I make only one hot aids on all of them and I'm gonna eat them all now So I take the fruit in in the case I just mentioned where they're all complete and so on the fruit That is more dear to me than one that is covered But the question is what is chave in other words when we say the word chave if I'm fond of it I like it better. Whatever is it something? Let's let's say let's take an example. So we'll have a better understanding I always like orange is better. That's what I like if I eat a plum with an orange I always like part orange is better if I eat a pear with my orange. I always like orange is better That's what I like. I'm an orange person, but the question is now punk now I'm in the mood of my plum I have in front of me an orange and a plum Right punk now something is I'm in the mood more of the plum I all all the time all week long. I like my orange better when it's together with the plum But now punk now when I sit down to eat I'm more in the mood of the plum than the orange In other words, I like better. It's a more fun right now of the Plum than the orange So the question is now the question is now do I say I should make the bracha on the plum? Right because what do you mean right now? I'm more in the mood of the plum I'm gonna eat the plum in the orange both of them now, but right now I'm more in the mood of the plum so maybe make the the bracha on the plum Or should I say no, what do you mean all the time? I'm in the mood of the orange punk now I like the plum better, but all week long. I like an orange better than a plum That's what I like and and that's my chovive to me my quote-unquote Chovive is my orange all the time all the time but now I like better the plum So which one should I make the bracha on so and again, they're both in front of me And I'm gonna be eating them and what what do I do? Which bracha do I make? So we're gonna see inside we'll read from the safe rights or aloha's what what it's all about I just want to mention outside. There's a rambam brought down in the mochaber where the mochabi usually doesn't bring a reshine You know with the name and with halakh alameis and all this type of stuff But but over here in our semi-raciate elephants a phase actually the mochaber brings on the rambam Who pass gets that all the time chovive? Whenever the fruit is chovive to you it that comes first that comes first even before even before shalom and other things also But we're gonna get into that. That's not halakh alameis. We don't possibly like that in general But we're gonna see that that is a sheet that that we want to keep in mind is the rambam We're in the mice a lot of mice we possibly like we've been talking about each year But there is a rambam like that who says chovive always comes first and that's brought down in the mochaber itself and and the rambam shita is that That that's what ever you like now that whatever you like now, that's the one to make the brakha But we're gonna see more details from the safe rights or lachas how he explains all these are lachas upcoming shiurim Thank you for listening cultive
Welcome everybody, share number 1012, 1,012, getting back to our Hilgris Brachos. Okay, we started to go through last time, we're trying to go through the, our Simeon is Simeon Reshi at Aleph, we're working a little bit more from the Sefer Eitzer Halachis, how he explains everything in conjunction with of course the Machabe Ramah, Mr. Brewer Beralachish Artsin and everything else. I'm trying to get a better picture on of it, how he explains it step by step in conjunction with everything we just mentioned. Now, we're up to the part that's Chaviv, there's something, there's a category, what's called Chaviv, whereby one likes a certain fruit better. Now, when we talk about Chaviv, the word is fond, I'm fonder of this fruit, I like this fruit better, I desire this fruit better. But so when we talk about that, we're dealing with a two items or three items that are the same Brach, obviously if it's different Brachas, if we said, if I have Mazonos and Ho'ets, obviously Mazonos is going to come first, that's higher, it's a higher level of Brach, right, if I have Bari Priagofen or Ho'ets, so Bari Priagofen comes first. So that's not the issue right now, we're dealing with where it's same Brach, I have fruits in front of me, right, I have fruits and it's not, there's no Hadamah right now, we'll talk about Hadamah, how that comes into play also. But right now we have Ho'ets, I have a plum, I have an orange, right, in front of me, I have an apple, whatever the case is. And I do not have these two things, it's not from the Shivas Aminim, it's not from the Min Shiva, there's no grapes, figs and these things evolve, pomegranates, it's all not Min Shiva, it's not from the fruits, the Shivas Aminim, and they're all complete, they're all complete, or they're all not complete, they're all on the same level, not the only thing left I have is what we call Chovev. I, what, in other words, I have to, I have to make a Bari Priagofen which eats one Bari Priagofen on everything, I'm eating two fruits, three fruits, all on the same level, at the same time basically, you know, one after another, whatever, whatever, so which bracha, and I have them all in front of me, what fruit should I take and make the bracha on? So the answer is Chovev, you have to take the one that's Chovev, that's, that you like better, but the question is, do I take the one that's better now? In other words, I am in the mood right now of a pair, right? But usually I like the orange better, all the time I like orange is better, orange person like we mentioned last time. I like oranges better punk now I like to pair better right now I'm in the mood of a pair better but usually I like the orange so should I take first the orange because that's what I always like better or should I take the pair because that's what I'm in the mood for more now even though the orange is also in front of me. So on the my side that is how it's brought down in the Shulchanaruch and it really comes from the Rambam and I just want to read from the actually from the Shulchanaruch brings that we mentioned last time the Shulchanaruch usually does not bring down a reshine it sometimes he will bring down the Rambam but usually he'll say yeah I'm very much a Stam Allacha but like this he brings down Mahmesh the Rambam so we want to read it inside in Sif Bey's ratio at all of Sif Bey's in the Makhaber or the Rambam he says if one of the fruits in front of you with the same broth of course our role is dear to you right? So then he says okay again we're not going to paskin like this but I just want to read whether the brachas are the same whether you have Minsheva whether you have Minsheva Maktem a Chavv if you always take the Chavv Maktem a Chavv if you always say at that time what you like better now I just want to make a disclaimer that in general we do not paskin like this Rambam and all the other things we said in other words we always take the Minsheva first we take the complete one first and so on the only time we're looking for right now is do we take what I like better now or not okay so that that's why that's why we read it inside Maktem a Chavv loy as boisteshah the Rambam says the one you like at that time that's the one that you should take um oh so the Misha Brewer explains again everything else is not what we're dealing with right now because we spoke about that's not Halakhala Maissa Halakhala Maissa we take Minsheva first right Shalom and so on okay but now we said but but now we take we want to take first the the fruits we like better now or or the general one that we like better but sort of Rambam says no the one that you like now so the Misha Brewer explains to us in Sif uh Sifkat and Yudgiml the boisteshah what does that mean the one you like now Gamba Zepholik Dayari Shaina this is also it's also arguing on the Dayari Shaina in other words the Rambam is in argues on the um other cheetahs that are brought down in the Makhaba other Reshaynum in other words other Reshaynum obviously right the Sfirulay the Eni Nikr Chavev Masha Chavev Allah Tamed and the Rambam holds the Eni Nikr Chavev that which we say what's dear to me and I make the Bracha what's dear to me he holds now others hold Masha Chavev Allah Tamed in other words others want to say no you take the fruit that that you always like better even though you're in right now you're in the fruit in the mood of the other fruit like the plum but if you always like the orange better so take the orange right in our case that we are talking about I don't want to mix anybody up it gets a very complicated the case that we're talking about now where they're both exactly the same it's just a question of which one I like better so so it's a much like is someone to say the Rambam says no take boys you're sure that you like now a plum better take the plum and make the Bracha on that others say other Reshaynum say no take the one that you always like better right Masha Chavev Masha Chavev Dayari Shaina oh so he says the Masha it's Masha Chavev from the Lushan of the says the that the Allah would be like the other ones that you take the one Shahid that's Royva Paiskin that Royva Paiskin do paskin you want to take the one that you always like like not the one that you like better right now okay so just to start off the it's your Allah is that we'll continue next year but he brings down that's Royva Paiskin that like we just saw in the Misha Brewer which he's quoting the Misha Brewer bring the rush others brought down this yes if it's so on okay we're not going to get into the whole thing but that's Royva Paiskin the Chavev Mekray Hamin ruggle she ruggles the one that you always like alpha piece of Chavev Laiyesum in a Shani VHM then he says VHM okay VHM the Yachal Avarekh al-Azimah him she used to the Yesh Al-Milismakh VHM some say the Avarekh metkhila al-Ha Chavev Lai Tamid that you should always take the one that you like better and that's how we saw in the Misha Brewer to Paskin in other words to go with the one that you always like better but we'll see upcoming sheerm and how to work this situation but Lamisa Lamisa and Misha Brewer does bring down Royva Paiskin to make the bracha on the one that you always like better not Bedavka the one you want Bedavka now but the one that you usually like better so just to end off real quickly in our case I usually like an orange right I'm the orange person I usually like an orange punk now I like better the plum so according to Royva Paiskin not like the Ramim according to most Paiskin we should make the bracha on the orange because the orange is the one that I usually like even though in the right now I'm a little bit more in the mood of a plum but you always like the orange better make the eights on the orange and cover the plum we'll continue with this subject thank you for listening as long a bracha cultive
Welcome everybody, she's number 1013, getting back to our Hilchers-Brachers. Okay, so we spoke about last time in reference to Chovev, when we talk about, you know, the eating the fruit first, when the two fruits are the same Bracha, right? Two fruits are the same Bracha. And there's no Minshev over here. Again, we want to keep in mind whenever we say Minshev, we're talking about the fruits from the Pasek, which are on a higher level, which would come first, Minshev from the Shivas Aminim. But over here there's no Minshev. So the question is, Chovev, do we say, then we take Chovev, meaning the one which is more the person likes better? And the question is, do I make the Bracha on the fruit that I like better now, or the fruit that I like always? So it's also Machlaikis. In general, we take the fruit that I like better all the time. So it's just interesting to note, what we spoke about last time from Eis Hei in the Eitzu'el-Lachas, and now with Semen again, now with Semen, it's Reish Yud'alif. Those who want to look in or look it up, Semen Reish Yud'alif, beautiful, beautiful Semen. So the Eis Hei Reish Yud'alif brings down from the Taz that the Eish Aminim, the Varich Medchilas. So in other words, so we have Machlaikis. Which one do I take? So do I take the one that I like all the time better, that fruit? Make the Bracha on that and have in mind the second fruit, right? I have an apple and a plum. Again, I have an orange. Our famous case was the orange and the plum, right? I'm an orange guy. I like to eat oranges. So do I take and I always like oranges, but just today I like the plum. So should I take first the orange today, because that's what I always like. Or should I take the plum, because that's what I'm in the mood for right now. That's what I like better right now. So which one do I make the Bracha on and have in mind the other one? So the answer was, most Reish Yud'alif did break down, the Russian others that you take the one that you usually like more, and I'm in the mood for the other one right now. Reish Yud'alif, he brings down the safe Reish Yud'alif. Like we said, that one should make a Bracha on the one that they always like better, even though they're in the mood for the other one right now. Reish Yud'alif, eat a little bit from that one. Just eat a little bit from the first one, and then after that, you could start eating from the regular fruit that you want to eat now. Of course, and you made the Bracha on the one that you always like, which would be, let's say in our case, the orange. Our famous case is the orange, right? So that's how he says, again, to make the Bracha on the orange, because that's what I always like. And eat a little bit from it, like this Yud'alif, according to most Reish Yud'alif. And then after that, you continue eating from the other one. And by the way, the one that the Reish Yud'alif, who holds that you eat from what you want now, is the Rambam. And he's brought down in the Mechabe, the Mechabe brings him down. We don't pask and like it in this case, but we talk about the Rambam. So it's not so simple to push it aside, you have to be careful. So if you finish eating the plum, which you want to eat now, right? In other words, you made the Bracha on the orange, because that's what I always like. Right? In our case, again, I have an orange, I have a plum. I made a Bracha on the orange. That's what I always like. But now I'm in the mood to make the Bracha on the orange. Have in mind the plum, right? Eat a little drop from the orange. And then finish, go ahead and eat up your plum, eat the plum, because that's what I want to eat now. I want to eat first. If you finish the plum, you have to go back and eat your orange. It's also a part of a fruit, right? So the same thing would apply if it's only a part of the fruit. Let's say possibly certain fruits have, you know, a different part of them might taste a little bit better, or whatever the case might be. Maybe the middle of the fruit, I mean, it's just hard to think of an example. Okay, by the way, you find that by bread also, he brings down on the bottom. We never really went through those halachas, but you do find it by bread. When somebody makes a mitzvah, you can see it in Bapaz, in Simin, Kuf Samach Zayn, they would say Bapaz from Makhim Shnefa, hey, you're supposed to eat from the bread, right? The part that's baked well. The part that's good, that's baked well. If he said who would then Bashar Peres, the same thing would apply by fruits. That's also, so even in the fruit itself, you want to take the part that the good part, possibly the middle of the fruit that sometimes might be juicier or whatever the case might be. So that's an interesting thing to keep in mind also. Again, we're dealing with case in time. I just want to make it clear that it's all one bracha. It doesn't have to be one type of fruit, but they're all on the same level. And others, they're not from the shiva saminim. They're not min shiva, right? They're all the same bracha. It's all her aides. So our case was orange and plum. It could be an apple and an apple and a pear. It could be anything. But these halachas are the guidelines in reference to how to work it. Many people eat fruits throughout the day. Many people eat fruits together, right? Somebody took a while back also. They sit down to eat a whole bunch of fruits at one time. Interesting thing. I just want to mention the Archa Sholchen we happened to see. I don't remember if I mentioned it or not in the past, but the Archa Sholchen says if somebody sits down every day, you know, there's a concept of ruggle bakach, the usual way that I eat. And even if somebody doesn't have a mind, usually it's going to help them to eat the other items without, you know, in other words, the bracha will continue on to other items, even though they didn't have a mind and it was not in front of them. So for example, the Archa Sholchen actually says that if somebody sits down to eat every day, I sit down to eat like three fruits. I sit down to eat an apple, a plum, an orange. Not always the same fruit. In general, I eat these fruits, right? Well, today I might eat a plum, tomorrow I might eat an orange. But I have my drawer full of fruits, right? I have apples, oranges, pears, plums, or whatever. Every day I sit down, I eat like three fruits, you know, whatever. So, but I do this every day and it's all from that same drawer and it's all whatever, the same basically type of fruits. It's not like these fruits, you know, you might need a shachiyanu or fruits that we don't have. The general basic fruits, right? Oranges, pears, plums, apples, whatever. They're all in the drawer. So, but if I do it every day, so the Archa Sholchen says, even if you forgot to have a mind, the other fruits, the Barapriya Aids would continue on, even though it's not in front of you, and even though you did not have it in mind, since it's Raghubakach, the Russian, as we've spoken about this in the past, but the Archa Sholchen says, pushes it even a little bit further, I think that which is very important to keep in mind that we could all use. This Raghubakach would go on a few fruits, right? Every day I eat my three fruits. I eat my pear, plum, orange, or it could be my apple, pear, plum, or whatever, but I eat the three fruits. So even though I make a bracha on the one fruit, and I forgot to have a mind, the other ones, and it might not be the exact same fruit every single day, but it's these general bunch of fruits, right? So that the bracha would still continue on because this is what I do. Every day two o'clock I sit down, and I'm just giving you an example of the time. So the same thing would apply today, even though I did not have a mind as Archa Sholchen, so that would help somebody to ask that very important question, which applies. So the mind said that would, according to Archa Sholchen, that would help in a case in time like that. Okay, we'll stop here. Continue next
Welcome everybody, Shin number 1036, getting back to our Hilges Brachos. Okay, of course, we're in the middle of the Halachos of Kedima, the Brachos. Some very interesting things. We're in the middle of talking about if somebody makes a mistake. I just want to go through the dirshu has some very, very interesting questions, cases which come up from the Heintzika place, and so on. I think it's Kedai too. We'll get a better understanding. And some Halacholomaisa in reference to these Brachos, Kedima, the Brachos, which do come up. So he says very, first and foremost, he brings out an interesting thing in number five, which something which we did mention in the past that from the Prima Goddum actually, so he says when there is a situation of Kedima, the Brachos, in other words, what's the case? We said that sometimes somebody doesn't want to eat both items right away, so then the whole thing doesn't apply. If both items are not in front of you, it doesn't apply. If I want to eat a certain thing now, even though the other items in front of me, but I'm not interested in all the other items, I don't have to Bedavka take the other item. If the item is not in front of me, I have two fruits in front of me, I'm sorry, I have one fruit in front of me, but I have fruits from the Min Shiva, the grapes in the fridge, but I have the apple in front of me, but I want to eat the apple now. I'm not interested in grapes right now. What do you mean? The grapes are from the Shiva Saminim, the Min Shiva, you have to go get the grapes? The answer is no, because it doesn't apply. In other words, then these Halachas of Kedima, the Brachos don't apply, but when they do apply, let's say I have the grape and the apple in front of me, for example. So the Prima Goddum said something which we mentioned in the past, you know, it's not like a frum-a-zach, as they say, you know, yeah, well, good, I have to take the grape, but Halachala mice have to take the grape first, but Brachas of Brachan, I'll make the Brachan on the apple, and the grape will be there, I'll have a mind of grape, whatever I'll do with the opposite. Well, okay, a Brachas of Brachan, what's the difference, grape or apple, you can't do that. So it's the Prima Goddum that he says, not good things, he said, and number one, Avrayan, Avrayal-Divray-Taira, meaning that which Khazal said for us, certain guidelines from the Gemara and so on. In other words, these things, it's not like, well, it's a nice thing to do, but these are Mahmish Halachala mice. We have to know when the situation does arise, right? Like I just mentioned, for example, I have the grape and the apple in front of me, and I'm eating both, and I want them both right now, then I have to make the, and so I'm making one of her aides. Do I take the apple, make the aides, and do I take the grape? No, Halachala mice, you have to take the grape. So he brings down, you know, says the Prima Goddum, that you have to know that this is Mahmish Halachala mice like anything else. Because it's why I'm saying this, why the Prima Goddum also says it, because the mice, it sounds like, yeah, okay, so I make this Brachada, so I'll make the Shahakal in front of me before something else. Again, in case in time where it doesn't make a difference to me, I have Shahakala, I have Mizono, I say, whatever, so I'll take the drink first. Not in case in time where I need the drink in my mouth, I can't eat without, my mouth is dry, that's not the issue. Obviously, over there, we said, if there's Mahmish a reason, pressing need, or whatever, that a person needs the drink first, right, his mouth is dry to start eating, whatever. So, of course, he can make the Shahakal first, that's not the issue. But if it's a case in time where it doesn't make a difference, a person has to know to do it the right way. So says the Prima Goddum, and to know that it's Halachala mice like everything else. Now, what about the Brachah Reina, right? Again, we're still in the Brachah Rishina, but what about the Brachah Reina? Do I have to make a certain Brachah Reina first? A person could be eating something whereby he has to make a burn of fasheh. So they're drinking, right? I drank the right amount. I drank various three ounces on the time it takes, could they just see it as various? In other words, the time it takes to drink two gulps, or bedayevid, there are those who hold, we mentioned in the past, up to four minutes also. So now I have to make a burn of fasheh, it's right on the drink. And I'm also eating cake, right? So I have to make a burn, I have to make a al-Hameech, and I'm done. It's a done deal. We'll talk about, I want to talk a little bit about something which we spoke about a long time ago when people ask all the time, do I have to make both Brachahs, or if I finish one, could I continue with the other? We'll try and get a little bit into that. It's a little bit complicated, but a lot of people ask all the time. But the bottom line is I finish. I had some cake and a coffee, and I drank enough coffee, let's say the three ounces in the right amount of time, and I have to make my burn of fasheh. And I ate a cazaius of cake, at some point, right? So under four minute period, I ate a cazaius of cakes, I have to make al-Hameech, I have to make a burn of fasheh. What should I make first, right? Or who cares, whatever. I'll make a burn of fasheh, I'll make al-Hameech. I mean, whatever, the mine, I have to mean what I make first. No, we just said, from the prima godam, you have to do it the right way. And that's from the prima godam, it's from the Gomorrah, but the prima godam was just explaining, okay, so he says like this, so he says the dirshu, again in ayis number five, Lincoln, in the old days, in the last baruch, in the last baruch, first I have to make a baruch in the last baruch, or maybe al-Hameech, or maybe al-Haghefen, right? He drank wine, or maybe he ate the mincevus, or he ate the right amount. Again, the same thing, he has to make al-Hameech. So he has to make in the last baruch, but now he also has to make a burn of fasheh, at the same time. So the main shalash, Kedem is a baruch as burn of fasheh, it's Kedem, that's right? So he says, he brings from a bir al-Lacha, in semi-raised bays, I didn't look it up, but that's what he quotes, the dirshu, that the prima godam, that the prima godam, the baruch as main shalash, Kedem, the baruch as main shalash, would come first, is before the baruch of burn of fasheh, the baruch of main shalash is on, is a more of a khosh of the kibracha, it encompasses a lot more also. So if you're making, just to end off today's share, if you're making a burn of a baruch of main shalash, which means again, al-Hameech, al-Hu'ayt, al-Hagefen, or al-3, whatever the case might be, and you also have to make a burn of fasheh at the same time, right? Those various different cases, I just do want to mention, if you're making a al-Hagefen, depending on the case, sometimes it covers, it covers the drinks. So that could be a different situation, and I want to mix that up, so we'll leave that for now. Al-Hagefen, right? If you make a person makes a burn of preaguffin, and there's drinks in front of them, so that covers the drinks. And this is the first baruch, and it would also cover the after-baruch. So al-Hagefen will cover, let's say, a person drank a coffee or something like that, assuming that it was covered by the people when they're drinking the wine. So we'll put that on the side for now, but let's say a person has al-Amykhia, a person has to make al-Awaits, they're making a burn of fasheh, so he brings from, again, from the Bir Halacha, who brings down the prima-gadam, nice number five in the dirju, that di-Brahma, in shalaish, would come first before the burn of fashehs, and that's how one should do, because of the chashivas, and so on. Thank you for listening.
