About Harav Gianger

Harav Gianger (הרב גיא נג'ר) is a rosh yeshiva and teacher of emunah on Lehallel — the filtered YouTube platform. 339+ of his recordings can be watched here, with no ads and no comments.

Rabbi Guy Nagar (הרב גיא נג'ר) - whose recordings Lehallel lists under the name Harav Gianger - gives the main shiur at Yeshivat Shvilei HaNachal, a weekly shiur on Monday evenings of about an hour. The full shiurim below are named in English from his own Hebrew titles, each one a single subject.

Most of all he speaks of emunah and of talking to Hashem: "Simple Faith in Hashem!", "How Do We Merit Simple, Wholehearted Emunah?", "What Is the Difference Between Emunah and Bitachon?", "Talking to Hashem Like a Good Friend", "You Have a Problem? Why Don't You Talk to Hashem?!", and the worth of hisbodedus in this generation. Beside them stand shiurim on joy and its enemy, sadness ("You Succeed Only When You Are Happy"), on gratitude, on judging favorably, on ahavas Yisrael, and on the honor of the Torah and those who learn it.

He teaches from Likutei Moharan - Torah 15, Torah 38, Torah 169 - and marks the hillulos of the tzaddikim: Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, Rabbi Nosson of Breslov, Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes. On teshuva he asks how we know who is a true tzaddik, and teaches that every Jew has a point inside him to return and that "a Jew does not lose his way".

Through the year he gives a shiur for each season: the month of Elul and its teshuva, Rosh Hashanah ("Am I Ready for Rosh Hashanah?"), Yom Kippur, Chanukah, Purim, Pesach and the Seder night, the days of the Omer and Tisha B'Av. Each shiur opens on its own page, with no ads and no comments around it.

You can search inside the shiurim by what was said, play the whole catalog back to back, or follow Harav Gianger to be told when something new comes in.
