We begin today the Gemara at the Mishnah towards the bottom of Khad Daled Amud Beis. It's a continuation from the Mishnah in the beginning of the Perek where it mentioned all the cases of metzi'os that you find that you don't have to return cuz there's no siman. It says the Mishnah is Dr. Mishnah Be'eilu Chayav L'hachris. These are the things that you find that you do have to announce and return. Matzah Peiros B'Keilim, you find fruits inside a container. O Keili K'Mai Sh'Hu, or you find just a vessel as is. The vessel itself also has a siman. Just like the Peiros inside a Keili is a siman. So stam a Keili has a siman. Ma'os B'Kis, you find money in a wallet. O Kis K'Mai Sh'Hu, or this Kis, this this wallet, this container for money just itself. Tzivurei Peiros, you find fruits that are piled up. So these fruits that are piled up is not like the spread out fruits. The Gemara will say either the place where it's found is the siman or the number of fruits that are there is the siman. Tzivurei Ma'os, you find money that's piled up together. Shlosha Madbe'os, Zeh Al Gav Zeh, and that's when you have three coins that are one on top of the other. The Gemara is going to get into all the details of exactly in what way they're piled up one on the other. Krichos B'Reshus HaYachid, if you find bundles of grain in the in a Reshus HaYachid, which means a area that's more private, not everyone is walking there. O B'Kikkar Shel Ba'al HaBayis, you find the loaves of bread that are baked by a private person, so you can see as a siman of exactly that it's his bread.
