The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Oster Gemara Shiur’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.
Begin today the Gemara on the bottom of the base, four lines up from the bottom of the amud. The Gemara continues explaining the machlokes between Rabbi Yehuda and the Rabbanan regarding a fire that burns someone's pile of grain and there was tamun, there was something that was hidden inside of it. So the Chachamim say you're patur for that and Rabbi Yehuda says you're chayav. So here the Gemara will bring a braisa that will tell us when Chachamim agree to Rabbi Yehuda's opinion and when Rabbi Yehuda agree with Chachamim's opinion. And veraya makin kelim kilo malei tzuah. And for that area where the person that that they got burned says person that that they got burned says that there was kelim there, so you pay for the value of that that area as well was filled with chitim and se'orim. Um, bameh amarim, when do Chachamim say that you don't pay for what was hidden inside? Bemadlik betoch shel lo. If he lit the fire in his own property and then vahalach vedalkah betoch shel chaveiro, and he was negligent and it spread and it went to your friend's property. So then is the machlokes if you pay for tamun or not. Aval madlik betoch shel chaveiro, if you went directly and lit the fire in your
