We begin today at the Mishnah on daf lamed aleph lamed bais towards the bottom of the amud. Sachteilig Mishnah yesh chayev al maisa sherei. There is a case where a person is obligated to pay for the actions of what his ox did, it gored and damaged. U'poter al maisa atzmoi. But he's poter for the damages that he himself caused. Then there's a case poter al maisa sherei that he'll be poter for paying for what is that what is uh ox did, gored and damaged. And a chayev al maisa atzmoi, but he'll be chayev for the damage that he himself caused. Kaitzas? What is the what are these two cases? Sherei shubish, an ox that gores or damages someone, injures someone and the ox embarrasses someone, poter. You're poter for paying for embarrassment. The chiyuv to pay for boishes, for embarrassment, is only if one person embarrasses another, not if your animal embarrasses someone. But for who shubish? If the person himself embarrasses someone, then chayev. For this you're chayev. Rashi brings the drasha from what we learned already before in the Gemara, ish b'meisah v'lo shor b'meisah, that only two people, one embarrasses the other, not a shor. Sherei, another halacha where we see that a shor is chayev. Sherei sh'simas ein avdei. Or actually a shor is poter, let's see. Sherei sh'simas ein avdei.
