We're starting at the bottom of daf nun tes where it says below, the last few lines of the page. So, the Gemara here brought a halakha regarding the blood of a korban that after the blood was sprayed on the mizbe'ach, there's no more me'ilah. And they go and they prove it from the fact that what happened to the blood? It was poured down on the foundation, then it flowed out of the azarah, and then they sold it to the gardens to be used as fertilizer. If it was really still retaining its kedushah of a korban, and there was me'ilah to it, there would be no way to sell it. You can't redeem it b'chol. The fact that it was sold means that me'ilah there is no me'ilah anymore. And the Gemara explained that the reason for that is because ein lo davar she na'aseh mitzvato u'mo'alin bo. You never find anything that was already utilized for its mitzvah, its purpose was fulfilled, that there should still be a me'ilah. So, once the blood was sprayed on the mizbe'ach and the mitzvah is done, there is no me'ilah. So, the Gemara here asks a question on that, v'lo?
