We begin today the Gemara on the bottom of Daf Daled Amud Beis, a couple of lines from the bottom. Going back to the Halacha of the Mishna. The Mishna said, "V'she'einah gevoha if the height that there isn't the Sukkah is not ten t'fachim high, then the Sukkah is pasul." Min alan, from where do we know this? Itmar, so we learned that Rav, v'Rav Chanina, v'Rav Yochanan, v'Rav Chanina masnu. V'kappoites tefach, and then the height of the Kapoites is an additional tefach. So hadai kana asar, so the height of the Orin and the Kapoites is ten t'fachim. U'chsav, and the pasuk says, "V'no'aditi sham v'dibarti itcha me'al hakappores." The Aibershter says that he will speak to Moshe Rabbeinu from above the Kapoites.
