We begin the Gemara today on Daf Zayin Amud Aleph, three lines up from the bottom of the amud. Am alei Rav Achai midiftei Ravina. This goes back to a braisa that the Gemara brought before on Daf Vav Amud Bet. The braisa spoke about the halacha of maaser beheima. Maaser beheima, you take the animals that you have, you have 10 animals, and you put them in a barn together, and then they walk out in a single file line, and the 10th animal that you hit with a red stick becomes maaser. So, the braisa there said, if you have a safek, an animal which is safekus, meaning it might not even belong to you, it might belong to the kohen, it might be a bechor. You also include it in this uh in the animals that you're taking the maaser beheima from it. So, before in the Gemara, the discussion was, if it's a safek, so then it might not even belong to you. How could you include it in with all the animals of maaser beheima? So, the Gemara's conclusion based on that was that because it's now in your possession, you are the muchzak, therefore the halacha is hameitzi mechaveiro al avaya. If the kohen wants to take it from you, he would have to prove that it's actually a bechor, and
