We begin the Gemara today on Daf kuf vav amud alef, the Mishnah. This is a continuation from the previous Mishnayos when a person is selling a base core offer, he's selling a certain share, a certain amount of a piece of land. And here in this Mishnah it says that the seller added the following expressions. Zogt ale Mishnah. He's selling him a base core offer, but then he says this base core offer is besimanav ubemetzarav. These are the demarcations and borders of this base demarcations and borders of this base core offer. So once he adds those words, then I say pachas mishus higiyai. If the discrepancy of the amount of the base core to what he actually got is in the amount of less of a shus, meaning that let's say he gave him a base core and it's off by by less of a sixth. So then or it's more than a or he gave him extra. He gave him more in the him extra. He gave him more in the amount of less than a sixth. So then in such a case I say higiyai. That whatever he got he got and the sale is in effect.
