We're starting the Gemara today towards the bottom of Daf Hey Amud Bet where it says "Ela" seven lines from the bottom of the Amud. So the Gemara here, this is all a one long Hemshich what it said before in the Braisa regarding the Mitzvah of Yibum when there's an Erva. Speaking about a Chaisisha and the same regarding any Arayos that if there's an Isur Erva so then the Mitzvah of Yibum does not apply, it's actually an Isur to be Meyabem then. So they it brought a special Limud from a Pasuk called "Lo Sa" to teach us to a Pasuk called "Lo Sa" to teach us to me. So the Gemara here is coming to explain why do I need a special Limud to teach me that when there's an Isur Erva a Lav Sheyesh B'Kodesh I cannot do Yibum. Shouldn't it be obvious that an Assei is not Doicheh a Lav Sheyesh B'Kodesh? Even if an Assei is Doicheh a Lo Sa'aseh but not a Lav Sheyesh B'Kodesh. So the Gemara is trying to now prove from different places that not only is an Assei Doicheh a Lo Sa'aseh but there would actually be a Svara to say that an Assei is Doicheh a Lo Sa'aseh Sheyesh
