About Rabbi Yitzchak Fanger

Rabbi Yitzchak Fanger (הרב יצחק פנגר) is a rabbi and speaker on emunah and the strength of the soul on Lehallel — the filtered YouTube platform. 2664+ of his recordings can be watched here, with no ads and no comments.

Rabbi Yitzchak Fanger speaks to the heart: about emunah, about the strength a person has inside, and about getting up again. Most of the shiurim here are close to an hour, many of them full of laughter as well as tears - his own titles promise both - and some carry subtitles or are given in sign language.

His Daily Inspiration series takes one subject of the inner life at a time: coming out of depression and what really causes depression and anxiety, not being afraid of anxiety, self-compassion and five keys to self-confidence, the seven habits of happy people, how to deal with difficult people and with rejection, the forgiveness process, judging favorably, choosing the story that changes your life, "no zero days", the ten-minute rule, the broken-windows theory, the paradox of choice, and "Hashem's salvation in the blink of an eye".

Before every Yom Tov he gives a shiur of its own: for Elul ("10 Steps", "Stop Beating Yourselves Up!"), for Rosh Hashanah ("How to Win the Judgment", "Our Father's Mercy", "The Producer of the World"), for Yom Kippur ("The Last Arrow", "Believe That You Can Start Again!"), for Sukkos and Chanukah ("Lighting the Soul", "Out of the Darkness", "How Do We Merit Miracles?"), for Purim ("Revealing the Hidden", "Storehouses of Joy"), for Pesach ("Search for the Chametz", "From Slavery to Freedom", "The Secret of the Seder Plate"), for Sefiras HaOmer, Lag BaOmer and Shavuos, and on the night of Tisha B'Av a live broadcast year after year, from 5780 to 5786.

Among his other talks are "For the Soul", a program in several parts, a talk on the funeral of Rav Chaim Kanievsky zt"l, a talk after the Meron disaster, and the hillula of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes on Pesach Sheni. Each shiur opens on its own page, with no ads and no comments around it.
