I really appreciate and I really appreciate your your reaching out to me to cover this topic and I'm really excited to learn more about something that I had not even heard about before. So the timing of this is perfect and the reason is because just last week I interviewed Robin Gutman who does trauma focused CBT and I had mentioned that I had somebody else to interview about other therapies including EMDR and here you are. Here I am. It's it's it's beyond perfect timing. So I'm really excited and we're not going to go into as much explanation of what's trauma and why there are you know specialized therapies and the therapies that you do are not just for trauma. I want to make that clear. Right. Um so I mean that's a great that's a great question if you're asking. Okay, sure. But we're going to get to it. Yeah. Um so I mean I I do work with women generally um struggling with anxiety and or trauma. Anxiety is a symptom. Trauma is is is is but usually very often the cause of the symptom become to it, right? And then again when you talk about trauma it doesn't have to be the big T trauma that it can be anything that overwhelms a person's ability to cope. So uh anxiety is a symptom and um when we talk about IFS well I'll explain a little bit what that means. Um but uh but generally it's it's trauma. People it can manifest through anxiety and
