Um Dr. Blinkstein MD MPH is a practicing child and adolescent psychiatrist in New York with a passion for mental health, public health, and children's welfare. She is a graduate of Technion Medical School in Israel and Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. Completed her medical internship at Westchester Medical Center, at Westchester Medical Center, psychiatry residency at Metropolitan Hospital, and specialty training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center. That is super impressive. With her skills, passion, and experience, she is focused on a supporting, leading, and building progressive mindsets that yield system systemic change in our currently fragmented mental health and educational system in order to optimize access and quality of care for children and families. Beyond her clinical skills, she Beyond her clinical skills, she possesses strong skills in communications, child advocacy, and community activism. She is a catalyst for empowerment for individuals and communities and uses her creativity and skills in her work as a physician and mental health professional.
