Not only that, she is also a body project that, she is also a body project facilitator and a certified holistic nutritionist. Last but not least, we have Yafi Lova. Did I say that correctly? And or in American it would be Leva. She is a registered dietician, nutritionist, and she's the owner of Baby Bloom Nutrition. She has published several books on feeding your your infant, your baby, your toddler, and children in a healthy and joyful way. So, tonight we're starting with that it's it's hard enough to deal with our own issues of our bodies, especially in own issues of our bodies, especially in a culture that is seemingly obsessed with thinness. And it's even harder when you're dealing with our children's bodies. So tonight we're going to be talking about obesity, food, weight control, and body image.
