hi my name is elisa minkin i am a general pediatrician and i'm chair of the joma preventative health committee and i'm super excited and honored to be here today with sarah hannah radcliffe hi so sarah hannah radcliffe is a psychologist in private practice in toronto canada counseling parents couples and individuals she is the author of the harper collins publication raise your kids without raising your voice and their fear fix as well as seven books on jewish family as well as seven books on jewish family life and emotional well-being including her newest book better behavior now sarah khanna is a weekly columnist for family first section of the internationally distributed mishpache magazine in conjunction with jewish workshops she has produced numerous webinar classes on parenting marriage anxiety and stress management and she currently runs a live ongoing weekly family webinar series called the family circle sarah khanna provides daily tools for parenting family life and emotional well-being on her facebook and instagram parenting pages as well as through her daily parenting post email list so i am so parenting post email list so i am so excited to have you here you've been doing this um for a long time yes about 45 years yeah that's amazing that's amazing that gives you so much experience and also as a parent and and right and grandparent too yes so you know there's young people right who are behind the ears who are telling us parenting tips but somebody who has your experience it's so valuable so i thank you so much for doing this with me and i really i thought a lot about this talk and i don't want it to be you know the kind of parenting tips that when you're really stressed out you you
