Welcome everyone. I'm Dr. Chandel if Goldfrazz, chief of operations and finance for JOMA, a child neurology resident at Ruckers New Jersey. And I'm excited to be introducing this discussion. JOMA is a 501c3 dedicated to bringing accessible health education resources to the Orthodox Jewish community through a huge variety of platforms including through um a large um including YouTube, a hotline, social media, podcasts, and webinars also inerson events. We also support a large inerson events. We also support a large network of Orthodox Jewish women physicians who contribute as our brain trust to all the resources that we provide for the community and we're really excited to be here today. We are bringing you a discussion with community leadership as part of our mission to promote accessible resources and education to our community. We have all heard by now about the measles outbreak in Texas and New Mexico as well as some isolated cases on the East Coast. And during this discussion, you'll get to hear from leadership in New York and how they're thinking about different aspects of how this could impact our community. of how this could impact our community. I'm going to start by introducing our panelists. So, with decades of leadership and health advocate obviously, Lynn Schulman is a dedicated New York City council member known for her strong commitment to improving local communities. She advocates for issues such as public safety, affordable housing, and youth development. Council member Schman's a tremendous advocate for promoting health for the Jewish community in her district and we're so excited at Joan to be working with her to increase resources for our communities.
