My guest today is Dr. Carrie Holland and it was such a fascinating episode talking about wellness, fitness, and changing the way we think all from a medical perspective. Dr. Carrie Holland is a board-certified family physician with additional certifications in personal training, health coaching, and life coaching. As the CEO of her full-time coach practice, Dr. Dr. Holland specializes in helping smart women build strong habits, eating, moving, and thinking, and we talked always fascinated when someone who is trained as a physician. You you were right a practicing family medicine doctor. You sort of pivoted and became a a full-time is it life and health coach? Is that correct? Yeah. Yes. That was definitely not in the cards. I mean I remember walking across the stage and getting my diploma not that not that long ago. um and not really anticipating that this was going to be where I landed. Um yeah, it's been quite a journey. So, I was a full-time practicing family physician. I mean, and I can I'm just going to spell it out now like right from the get-go. Um it was only with a lot of work that I realized
