  3. 11:39but it's normal to ease into that type of physical behavior um an activity and that's
  4. 17:17bleeding comes from that shouldn't happen all the time maybe the first few times um but
  5. 22:54sitting in the midwest um but you know i think everybody has everything exactly um you
  6. 28:29generally healthy under 30 year old woman i'd say it can take a year to get
  7. 34:08you know that's something that that you talk about with your doctor um you know as
  8. 39:48they may have been told like okay what time frame works for you like can you
  9. 45:25hard part um too of like this deciding you know being like really kind of um
  10. 51:03having prolonged spotting or they're having long periods and they want to get to the mikvah
