Hi, welcome to the JLI Preventive Health Podcast. My name is Alyssa Milken. I'm a pediatrician and I'm super super excited to be here today with Anna Sherman. Hi Anna. Hi there. Thank you so much for joining me. Thank you for having me. Anna Sherman is a registered psychotherapist, maternal mental health practitioner and clinical supervisor in Toronto. Cannot complain about the snow today when I'm talking to someone from Toronto. Toronto. Yeah, seriously. She works with individuals, couples and families as well as supervises qualifying therapists in their training. She helps her clients to heal and overcome trauma, fears and emotional blocks in their lives and relationships by building skills and tools to help them themselves. Anna loves working with new mamas and helping women to live empowered, authentic and intentional lives. Anna holds a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and is specially trained in cognitive behavior therapy, also in cognitive behavior therapy, also called CBT, emotionally focused therapy, EFT, the Gottman method, maternal mental health, family systems theory, mindfulness meditation and psychodynamic therapy. So I'm really excited to do this with you. Thank you so much. My pleasure to be here. Thank you. We're going to talk today about um the shidduch system. I'm not going to use any negative terms.
