i'd like to start with a bit of hot tonight amen so um today the world got a little darker we lost in crowley israel a very great man we lost a friend and someone who was a friend of every single boy that was looking for her direction new rabbi david silverman hashem took him very quickly and it was such a shock surprise there are literally [Music] hundreds of boys that he turned their lives around he affected so many people he loved every single boy that he ever worked with genuinely he was a great man and it was only a week ago that he went into the hospital for some testing and after just a few days hashem decided to take him this was a very special person so tonight's class is dedicated and it should also be a personal thank you from me who had the opportunity to work alongside of him we uh we ran together the public school program for many years many years every tuesday night where uh so many of these boys were taken from public school high schools and brought to in the beginning it started in this show and then later on it moved over to king's highway indy 16th the yellow house run by rabbi alvey salem and rabbi dover silverman and every tuesday night we'd work with all these public school jewish public school boys to give them a certain pride of judaism and this went on for years and so many of them today either went to israel learned in israel learning presently right now in israel and their lives have turned around completely completely
