fascinating Midrash. Midrash tells us Abraham Avinu he had something called an Eshal. An Eshal was like a inn / tent / hotel / soup kitchen. All in one. And as kids we learned that Abraham Avinu his Ohel was open from all different sides. was open from all different sides. It was the most inviting place on Earth. But not just in the way of its doors being open to everybody. But when you came in it was such a Seudah, such a feast that was waiting for everyone to come in to do with them Hachnasat Orchim. It's amazing the system the way Abraham Avinu worked. He used that incredible ambiance for his Kiruv work. He put out the best king's food. best king's food. The best bread. People would come from far and wide. Travelers would come to stay by Abraham Avinu. And then while they're eating you know what they say. The best way to a man's heart is through his stomach. So while they're eating Abraham Avinu would schmooze them up. And they would start talking back and forth. And then Abraham Avinu at the end when the guy would turn around and say, "What do I owe you?" So Abraham Avinu would say, "Well, that depends. depends. If you believe that God gives food and he's the one who provides and everything belongs to him then you don't owe me anything. You owe the originator the owner of the food, Hashem." And if that's the case here's a Birkat Hamazon book. Start saying Birkat Hamazon and thank God for the food that he gave you. But if don't believe in God, if you believe that man
