Good morning, gentlemen. We're holding on our 13th segment of the Think Before You Speak Shmiras Halashon with Clarity series l'ilui nishmas the Chofetz Chaim zech zecher tzaddik livracha dedicated for the yeshuos of our b'nei chavura and yeshuos of klal Yisrael and also specifically for the yeshua and the shmira gdola for Chaim Dovid ben Chaya Sara. Rabosai, the 13th halacha today is titled A True Friend. When I was growing up, I had this little sign hanging on my bedroom wall. And it said, "The definition of a true friend The definition of a true friend is someone that you know everything about him and you still love him." And that's really the point that we want to hit on today. If a person sees somebody else doing an aveira he's supposed to rebuke them in private. And if he sees that the rebuke won't work or if he sees that the person's not listening or he takes it as a joke or maybe he listens to the rebuke but it wears off and he's back at it doing it again. At that point, since when you saw him you're an eid echad, you're only one person you're supposed to at that point go to his rabbi and tell over what you saw and ask the rabbi to intervene and speak to him to influence to change his ways. Maybe this person has a best friend that's closer to him and he would actually listen to what the best friend says. You're allowed to go over to his best
