Masechta Chullin is where the daf yomi cycle stands today — tens of thousands of Jews around the world are turning its pages together, one daf a day. It is a long masechta, 141 dafim, and it deals with the halachos that shape a kosher kitchen: shechita, checking for treifos, the gid hanasheh, meat and milk, and covering the blood after shechita.
