Lehallel Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the Lehallel app (Google Play: com.filteredtube.app, listed as “Lehallel”) and the website lehallel.com. Lehallel is made and run by Kolbo Products LLC. Effective October 21, 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

Your email address or cell phone number when you make a free account, and the sign-in code we send to it. What you save and follow in Lehallel (your saved list, the rabbis and singers you follow, your settings). What you search for and play inside Lehallel, so we can show it again and keep the service working. Basic app and device details (app version, device type, an app instance identifier) used to keep you signed in, to protect the service from abuse and to fix crashes. We do not collect your contacts, photos, location or messages.

How we use it

To sign you in, show you your saved list and the shiurim and songs you follow, answer your searches, send the sign-in codes and the news emails you can turn off at any time, keep Lehallel safe and working, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your information to advertise to you.

Videos played through YouTube

Many videos in Lehallel play through YouTube’s own embedded player (the YouTube API Services). When one plays, YouTube receives what it needs to play it, under Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can see and manage what Google holds at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who we share it with

Only the service companies that run Lehallel for us: hosting and databases, the companies that deliver our sign-in codes by email and text message, and payment processors if you ever buy something. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your account information while your account is open. You can delete your account and its information at any time at lehallel.com/delete-account or by writing to team@lehallel.com; we delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Children

Lehallel is made for the whole family, and every video is checked before it is shown. An account is made by an adult; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent who thinks their child gave us information can write to team@lehallel.com and we will delete it.

Security and changes

Information is sent over encrypted connections and kept with access limited to the people who run the service. If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its new date.
