We're discussing the famous halacha called ben pekuah. Ben pekuah is a fascinating halacha here. I'll show you I'll remind you this. You don't have to shut the fetus. You let eat the fetus. If everything would remain in the mother, then the shita works. The problem is something came out. Now it depends what part of the animal came depends what part of the animal came out. The leg, the foot, the hand or the head. Big difference. Because if the hand of the animal comes out, then that hand then have a shita. Since the hand remained outside of the the animal and then we did a shita, of course the shita doesn't work on the hand.
