Everybody, thank you so much for coming on an what is probably considered an extended British summer. Doesn't look like it's any sign of letting up at least for the next week or so. Let's hope it extends into Sukkot. We can have a nice comfortable uh warm sukot, which is virtually unheard of uh in this country. It's still not late to receive the List. I've had a uh quite a few people over the few last few weeks uh ask me for quickly run over them with you before I give my share. So, and I got permission from one of them to give his his full name. This is from somebody called Michael Spinrad and he says he gives seven suggestions. Number one, no use of cell phone during dinner time with family, which I think is a wonderful suggestion. I actually heard this suggestion previously from Rab Pron who mentions it. He says with no exceptions, family dinner time, the phone has to go off. Now, obviously, you know, we're not talking about emergencies or things like that. That time is sanctified time. That's family time. On Shabbat, we don't have any cell phones. That we have that that's our basis. There we can see what it's like when we spend time with the family with no internet and no telephones and nothing going. It's just quality family time.
