So we're busy making arrangements for our son's beitzvah which is in a few months time by ratm and my wife is busy buying suits for the younger ones and suits for the older ones and and dress for my daughter and shoes and it's a very big complicated process. So, she came home and she looked on the internet and she found the um website of the store that had this particular dress that she liked. and she scrolled down and she found there was an email address at the bottom of the website and uh she thought look it's worth a try I'll contact uh the person um you know I'll contact uh the person um you know whose email this is um and I'll ask if he had do they have any smaller sizes in stock so she wrote to him his name happened to be Bob Mets okay so she wrote to this guy and He immediately wrote back and he said, "Where did you find this dress? Are are you in the UK?" So she wrote back, "Yes." Then he said, "Where did you get it from?" etc. House of Fraser. So he said, "Um, I'll contact the House of Fraser group and see if they've got that size in stock." So
