okay so we left off in chapter discussing chapter four of globals oh the shower happy tothan of the trieties on trust and we were discussing the status the effort that is required for achieving our basic needs for acquiring our basic needs and caring for our basic needs our food clothing shelter health um and the like and we said that a person is required to make efforts to maintain themselves and to keep themselves in good health and to make sure that or try to I shouldn't say make sure but we can't make sure of anything but to try to uh to have what we need to work to uh try to earn an income to obtain our basic needs and we said a person cannot just say well you know if God wants me to have then I'll have and if not not uh because actually God wants us to be mishtable God wants us to put in efforts to attain our needs and uh even though ultimately whether we receive anything the results are all in God's hands but we are still required to put in the effort um we at the end we're discussing the end of the last class um you know a person can't can't put themselves in danger and say well if um you know if it was decreed that guy will die they're not dying if not not so let me drink poisoning and see what happens so so the uh focus on I've always said that there's two possible outcomes in that situation one is the person will indeed die um and but and they will be accountable for their death meaning it could be that the person there was a decree that that person would die and uh but there still we are expect we don't know
