So chapter 4 and we will begin with what I have as Mishna Mishna 24 and the Mishna says as follows. One who learns when a child to what is he compared to ink written upon a new writing sheet. There's nothing to write over. It's a clean slate. It's a clean sheet of paper. And when a person learns when they're young, it is like writing on a clean paper. And one who learns when they are elderly. What is that compared to? That's like ink that's written on an That's like ink that's written on an erased paper. So, what is the difference between writing on a clean paper and an erased paper? So, a clean paper, like we said, it's clean. There's nothing to write over. Um, an erased paper is actually also clean. It's just not as clean. It had it's not a dirty paper, right? It's not that you're writing over existing writing. It is that you're you've erased what's there. But even when you erase what's there. But even when you erase something, it leaves a mark.
