Uh before I start my share, I just want to say very briefly um we have to change our way of thinking that the the uh the summer is here with us. Small word I think we should get into summer mode and keep drinking water. Have to increase your water intake. drink three liters of water a day. And it's very difficult for British people to understand this concept because we're used to uh you know uh such weather conditions that would uh be more suitable for North Pole. Um so a lot of us are still wearing our maybe not wearing our winter coats but still dressing like me. So keep drinking water. You can get dehydrated very easily. Okay.
