One of the most beautiful things about peace of mind is what it lets you see. Cuz when you're calm, when your mind is settled, when you're not overthinking every word and every moment, something opens up inside you. You start to notice things you would have missed. And on a date, that makes all the difference. Over this series, we've been talking about calmness of mind, calmness of the soul, menuchat hanefesh as we call it in Hebrew. Showing up calm, being present, protecting your composure, and all that's so important. But today, I want to share with you something even deeper. Something that I learned from my rabbi and my personal mentor, Rabbi Victor Miller, in close to 30 years. Peace of mind is not just about how you feel, it's about what God is able to show you when your heart is finally quiet enough to receive it. Rabbi Miller goes on to teach that >> [music] >> there's a beautiful principle about love. True love reveals itself not in what you receive from a person, but in what and how you feel when you give to them. Cuz when they're talking about something that matters to them, do you enjoy watching their eyes light up when something you said or did made them smile? Does that fill you up inside? Not
