two things that really struck me over Pes. We had a wonderful Pesak, thank God. Um the first thing that I want to mention is actually to do with this week's para which is parat koshim. I'm sure all of you had very very different sedarim very different experiences over Pesak. I'm sure there's one thing though that you all had in common. Pes was and is and probably always will be very indulgent. You know, you act on pes like you don't act the whole year. If you're on a diet, forget it. That's the end. Yeah. You have 8 days recession from the diet. You know, it can continue afterwards, but very very difficult to maintain a regular diet on pesa because you have to eat a lot of carbohydrates and you have to eat a lot of things. you you're mandated to eat a lot of things. So, there's lots of ways that we can cut corners and try and keep our, you know, our health and our regime, but really it's it's a little bit on the hard side. And there's not even mentioning macaroons and cinnamon balls and all the other stuff that you know we have an array of all wonderful sugary starchy stuff you know that are substitutes for what we know you know regular healthy stuff we have during the year so we're pounded with this stuff but then I thought it was very curious that we come into this week's para and
