[Applause] so the way we're gonna do this is Keeley's going to speak and if you have any questions please feel free to private message them to me my name is Robby Ruttenberg I'm one of the directors of Emmett outreach who helped make this program happen tonight and if you have questions please send it to me privately and at the end of the program I'm gonna choose some of the questions we're probably not gonna be able to hit all the questions but I'm going to choose some of the questions and present them to dr. Perlman I want to take this opportunity first to welcome everyone who's on this call both those who are aware and know about the Emmett outreach organization and to all of you who do not yet know about Emmett so I just want to take a moment just to tell everyone a little bit about Emmett is a community and campus outreach organization based in Queens that was heart and soul teaches Jews of all backgrounds but particularly just from the Queen's community about Torah and mitzvot and we have literally thousands of students most of whom came from the former Soviet Union the Asian republics but we have two small backgrounds in all places and Emma believes very much in doing outreach with our sister all with loving each and every Jew and it's really a pleasure to have Keely Perlman here both dr. and dr.
