And if we were to uh continue, if we were pretend that we're following some kind of order here, then uh we went from uh Friday night to Saturday night to kanga after Shabas. And now it's the morning again. It's Sunday morning and you're going to wash your hands when you wake up. Uh what we your hands when you wake up. Uh what we often call an aal vaster, but uh the natio in the morning. But I decided that if I'm going to talk about nats in the morning, I should also talk about natio uh before we eat bread. Now, not that they really have anything to do with each other, which is part of why I want to talk about both because they have the same blessing. They have the same braha, but they for the most part are completely unrelated to each part are completely unrelated to each other in terms of their origin and their reasons. And uh so I thought it would make sense to try within our time frame to discuss both. We'll see if we we get to both. And uh and actually I wanted to start with natilas yayim on bread before bread um for certain reasons that I thought it made sense to start there. So uh so before we eat bread we wash our hands and we recite a blessing of that uh God sanctify us with his commandments. um and commanding us to onilas. Pause there for a moment and ask what does even mean? The word does not mean to wash. If we wanted to say on washing our hands, we would say would be washing. Natila means like raising up or taking. we actually say
