all right good evening welcome back so i wanted to start with a little bit of review and try try to take us through again what we learned in the first two classes and try to really incorporate it into you know what uh what a tefila what a darving might look like um incorporating the ideas that ideas that that we've talked about now everybody when they pray when they dive in each person you know should should pray from their own their own heart their own perspective their own ideas but we're trying to what i'm trying to do is create a certain framework and perspective that we can apply and and hopefully we can you know i don't think there's anything too personal about it it's very general and then everybody can plug in their own and then everybody can plug in their own personal ideas and thoughts around the framework that we're creating again if this framework doesn't isn't for you then then there's plenty more out there you know there's there's so many angles to tefillah we we mentioned last last week that the the the prayers at least the the shmona israel the amidah is composed by the mag of the great assembly you know 2500 years ago among them prophets there's tremendous depth and power there's tremendous depth and power within the words themselves and there are certainly many different ideas that can be applied to the words of tefila um what i'm trying to do is create a framework and apply it to the words in a more in a somewhat simple way that without getting too too deep in but of course you have to be a little bit deep when uh when you're talking about about prayer and you're talking about the words of the of the shma nyasre so so let's just
