okay so we're beginning a new series today on migil Asus The Book of Ruth I called it uh kindness and commitment which are two themes of the story and uh it's a journey through Miguel Rus Journey Through The Book of Ruth uh we'll see how far we get in that Journey uh Ruth is four chapters each chapter is about 20 or so versa B more than 20 verses around um so we have a lot to verses around um so we have a lot to cover if we want to finish before shos um we really could go beyond that but uh happens to be that summer vacation for my kids also begins right after shabis the way the calendar works out so I'm not banking on that so uh so we'll try to cover as much as we can in the five classes that I hope to have and also make sure we have time to discuss why we read why we read the book of Ruth on shuis um which is why we are learning this um which is why we are learning this topic now as a leadup to shab um most of what the commentary that we're going to focus on there's there's a little bit of Rashi throughout the Milla and uh we're gonna be using the malim really as the the basis and then bringing in some other ideas from other places as well but there's so much written on Mill Estus that uh first of
