[Music] so it's an honor to be here some of the people that I recognize from different events that we've had people that were together in Spain a little bit I'm looking at some people other people that uh I've had the opportunity to speak with and to get to know so thanks so much for being here and thanks so much for who you are and it's an honor to be here and I've got a couple things to say and then maybe if there's some time we'll take a couple of questions and I hope we'll get you some more sushi pretty soon you know for those of you who've heard me before you know that I'm kind of obsessed with the topic I wrote a book about it because I'm cest about it right it's greatness and the reason why I'm so obsessed about it is because I don't I believe it's what we like really deep down in our core want when our kids are little when when when we were little and we look at a child when we were little kids walking around we didn't notice say this but the entire world was our oyster and all we wanted to do was grow and explore and take over and something happened along the way they did this great research about kids and they were in kindergarten and they gave them a paper clip and they asked him how many uses can you get from a paper clip and if you're gonna come up with like ten uses like you were considered to be creative if you came up with like 30 uses you're considered to be like a genius for creativity and they tested these kids for how many kids would test for genius and creativity and the number of kidding kindergarteners that tested for genius and creativity
