okay so we are going to be learning perkiavo's chapter three now um and you may recall from if you were at last year's class that we learned with the parish with the commentary of the midrashmal so I included a little um for those of you who received the Hannah or have it um you don't need it because it just has the mishnas and if you have a mishna you can just follow along in your own mishnah but I did include a brief mishnah but I did include a brief biography of d u zida who is the author of The madrishna and he was a 16th century roshishiva and kabbalist and svet a disciple of the Ariza and vital who was also a disciple he established the largest even sat which promoted and Kabbalah his most famous work is Major small on pirke avos which contains an anthology of other commentaries along with his own insights he also wrote commentaries on the mcgillos the garage well on Ruth and the last well on Ruth and the last and he also has one on Esther but they don't tell you what it's called um so uh so Mitchell basically is I mean there's so many commentaries on Albus and in order to not you know be all over the place this kind of Keeps Us focused at least a little bit although he brings a lot of different uh a lot of different ideas um sometimes very creative which is why I I like it a lot and um and so that is our approach in this
