8 Min Daf - Rosh Hashanah Daf 20 by R' Eli Stefansky

What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Eli Stefansky’s own words— taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

that if you have a other that's really close to nissan in other words there's one other so it's close to the nation or two others the second other the second other or the first other or one other is always 29 days and that would be a major question on what we had yesterday because what is the purpose of being mahal shabbas in order to testify on rishikesh nissan we can make the calculation others are going to be 29 days and then you're going to tell me because there's a mitzvah to use aiden to encourage the month then every month just like we had month then every month just like we had in the time of these amigos they used to be in cash every month within them so that the carbon muscle would be on time that you can add another day to ello typically it's 29 days wherein kippers back to back with shabbos and we don't want the dead to lay around for two days and on youtube where you could use a guy for the dead so much like is could you add another day in order so that people should have fresh vegetables on the one hand people need fresh vegetables on the other hand you just take the vegetables soak them in hot water the gemara says they'll come back to being fresh
