What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Yaakov Klein’s own words— taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

[Music] i want to read you something right out of the mahogany in parshasmatos something that i think about often and is always relevant he says this is the reason every person throughout their lives ends up traveling to different places whether that's down the street whether it's to another part of the city or it's halfway across the world but we all spend time traveling why do we go there kihan haga sabori sparks because the way that god runs the world is that it's known exactly where the aspects of our purpose right they need sotos of kadusa which you know translated as sparks of holiness but in steps they reflect what we're here to do and how we can impact the world and what we're here to elevate and change and he says whether that's something it could be that the reason why you you were forced to go travel somewhere that you you had no idea that you were going to go there or maybe you were flying someone you got stuck in a layover or or maybe you you got stuck in traffic and had to pull off to the side of the road and wait for things to pass and now you're you're at a mini mart or you go to a gas station and now you picked up some food in in the airport or in the market or you went to go see a friend who you hadn't normally seen and you have a cup of tea there's something you can do in that cup of tea and that snack and that whatever it is along the way that had you not had this reason to go travel there it could be the whole nature of your trip was to get to that one piece so you can have kevana in one bracha on one piece of food
