When a local business owner got the amazing news that he had a grandchild, he was over the moon. And he called together his employees to share with them the good news. After all, they were kind of like family. He noticed that one of his employees, a manager, seemed particularly moved by the news. And he said to him, "It's so nice. What's going on?" The fellow says to him, "You don't remember what happened less than a year ago?" He says, "No, what are you referring to?" He says, "Remember we were at this particular event and someone came over to me and publicly shamed me and I was so humiliated and I was so hurt. And
