okay good morning everybody everybody is well welcome to the day another opportunity for us to get a little bit better it's our job in this world those are tuning in live happy thursday for those who are tuning another day happy day whatever day it is ah it's so good to be back with you so good to talk about what we're talking about we're speaking about living in an empowered life how do we do it it's complicated it's not so simple it's not just like don't worry be happy don't worry just not like that i remember that song someone came out when i was a kid and everyone like loved it don't worry it's not true don't worry be happy it works for people that like are like high on a beach there's more people that like living in this world i love when i get advice from people that like you ever get like advice from someone who's like at least like the typical person who like tells you like just give up your job and just explore the world and i'm like you're you're independently wealthy mid-30s not married running around the world like what you have no bills just go explore the world don't worry be happy sure like if you're like hanging out all day but what about like if you are like doing things and you have people in your life and you have responsibilities it doesn't work so simply so it's really complicated which is why it doesn't work for most people because like when you hear like a line or two about it it's like yeah that makes sense i should be happy but like but then i'm not or i'm not empowered enough
