Then there is a verse that says, "Behold days are coming declares the Lord when I will send a famine upon the land, not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, but for hearing the words of the Lord." And today we see this. Torah classes are filling up with people, and you know that there they don't hand out candies, no bread, no water, no falafel. So, what are they coming for? They come to hear words of Torah. Young men, young women, people of different ages, people who didn't grow up in religious schools at all, but they feel a hunger, not a hunger for bread, not a thirst for water, but to hear the word of God.
