and spiritual transformation workshops for over 40 years she works as a spiritual psychotherapist with individuals couples and families Linda has been a Torah lecturer and a workshop leader for over 30 years she is the author of six books on meditation Kabbalah spiritual transformation and biblical women wow you are done so much thank you so much for being here please tell us more about yourself and what you do thank you I think that biles pretty much said everything that I'm that I'm continuing to do except I'm doing Zoom continuing to do except I'm doing Zoom classes on meditation that are free and a YouTube channel and I'm doing I was doing last year we did we studied duties of the heart on Zoom which was quite important relevant meaningful and this year we're we're working on what I call the empowered or feminine which is looking at uh the life stories of biblical women biblical women and seeing the choices that they made often independent of their husbands wow that took the world forward and and actually saved the Jewish people so that's exciting um so you know I have been teaching Zoom shortly after covet started you know several months when we when we were all in in isolation and frightened yes and you know so it's been a real joy for me to to share this experience with people and and and feel that it is impacting in meaningful ways in their life for sure for sure and we today we're going to talk about a topic it's very important but I don't think people realize how important this is each Hebrew month has its own power and its own energy and if we're able to tap into it at the right time meaning during that
