Okay, good morning and hazak u'baruch. Thank you everyone for joining us on this beautiful Friday morning as we are studying together this week Parashat Vayakhel and Parashat Pekudei. And we have this double header coming up where we are wrapping up the book of Shemot. And of course we know Parashat discusses the mitzvah of Shabbat. It discusses the idea of building the Mishkan. And we know that these two ideas Shabbat and the Mishkan are very connected. Um and the Mishkan are very connected. Um when we say that you're not allowed to work on Shabbat, that you have to rest on Shabbat, what is what does that mean to rest? Does it mean to sit at the beach all day? Does it mean to sleep for 25 hours? What does resting mean? Does it mean that I'm not allowed to maybe make a salad because I'm not resting? As a rabbi I speak, I work on Shabbat, you know, I work. So maybe I'm not allowed to work, I don't know. What does it mean? Can I Am I allowed If my mother asks me to bring from the my mother asks me to bring from the basement bottles of water, maybe I should say, "No, Mom, I'm not allowed working." What is working? How do we know the definition of work? Well, as we have it, it's learned from this week's Parashat because we know the Torah, like we just said, it juxtaposes. Okay, nice word, Artscroll word.
