[singing] My lord, [music] it's from you my lord. It's [music] all [singing] good, my lord. Oh [music] Lord, [singing] >> so with Hashem's loving grace, we're going to strengthen ourselves in amuna and continue learning amuna. We're learning lesson four in the language of amuna. Tonight's lesson is entitled breaking barriers where our previous lesson discussed how a person could infuse his or her entire being entire body from brain from head to toe with amuna. Well, today's lesson demonstrates how a person with strong amuna can virtually overcome natural law override natural law through prayer. And this is the language of amuna. Prayer is language of amuna that equals prophecy some level of prophecy and it can even shape reality and the Torah is full of examples that we're going to learn tonight. Okay, let's talk about the servants's prayer. You know the laws of Shabbat they're staccato they're very brief they're like a telegram in the Torah a few words and we need the entire trackctate and inh Shabbat and trackctate Shabbat and the Gumar to explain us how to keep Shabbat. Uh the Torah devotes more time to Eleazar, Abraham's servant, his personal prayer. Torah gives a detailed account of his personal prayer, how he prayed to Hashem, that he should find a wife for Isaac and that Hashem should succeed him and his uh his mission that Abraham sent him to find a wife to for Isaac. And the Torah gives it detail word by word. Not only says once, it says the whole thing twice because it says the whole dialogue, he relates it over when he gets to Syria. toam he he relates it to Rifka's family just what happened and this says uh why why the Torah to the protocol of Eleazar's personal prayer
